EIGHT SIX SIX JIU JITSU & WELLNESS CAMP – DISCLAIMER AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FOR WELLNESS AND TRAINING CAMPS

Eight Six Six Jiu Jitsu & Wellness Camp is a trading name of 866 LIMITED, (company number 15206206)

Eight Six Six Jiu Jitsu & Wellness Camp, their employees, coaches/instructors, trainers, volunteers, Directors, members and representatives (all hereafter collectively referred to as “866”), are not responsible for any injury (including without limitation serious injury or death), loss or damage of any kind sustained by any person while participating in any and all training camp activities, events, outdoor sessions or any associated activities (all hereafter collectively referred to as “Camp Activities”), including injury (including without limitation serious injury or death), loss or damage which might be caused by the negligence of 866. The participant (all hereafter collectively referred to as “you/your”).

By making a booking to any 866 event you herby understand that you are entering an agreement by you and 866 and you agree to have read and understood the following document fully and you accept and agree to be bound by this disclaimer.

You, declare that you are physically fit and mentally able to attend and take part in any camp activities. If you are unsure of this you should consult a medical professional before attending an 866 event.

RISKS/INJURIES
We make no representations or warranties nor provide any undertaking and guarantee that:

You will not suffer any injury either directly or indirectly as a result of attending any camp activities or following the instructions of anyone involved with 866.

We will not be liable to you in respect of any business losses, including (without limitation) loss of income, revenue, profits, anticipated savings, or goodwill.

PERSONAL PROPERTY
866 are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any personal property held on or off event premises, before during and after any camp activities. You agree to take proper precautionary measures in respect to your personal property. You shall be solely responsible for your personal property.

INSURANCE
As all camp activities include physical exercise and physical contact, it is your responsibility to arrange suitable insurance. 866 cannot be held liable for your failure to do so which may leave you exposed, medically, financially or otherwise.

PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT

By acknowledging this document you give 866 unrestricted permission to use images and content captured through video to be used solely for the purposes of future 866 commercial promotional material.
